Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley sentenced offenders ranging from drug traffickers to drunk drivers this past week. Included in court sentencing:• Jonathan Childs was ordered to serve eight years and pay $3,000 plus costs for delivery of cocaine.• Jeffery Scott Curtis was directed to serve 240 days of a 10-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of oxycodone and morphine in a school zone.• Jessica Lee Steinbeck was instructed to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of dihydrocodeinone.• David Lee Caswell Jr., was granted a four-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 50 hours public service work for possession of drugs.• Kyle Travis Holder was given a three-year probationary sentence and must make restitution for theft. He was accepted into Adult Recovery Court.• Jessica Eugena Martinez was placed on community correction for three years and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for delivery of drugs.• Robert Lewis Vandagriff was directed to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence and pay $3,500 plus costs for violation of the sex offender registration.• Jason Glenn Deckard was instructed to serve 150 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 60 hours public service work, pay $1,200 plus costs, lose his driver license for six years and wear a monitoring device for 90 days for third-offense DUI.• Margle Otis Ward was directed to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence and perform 60 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Timothy Pease was directed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 32 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.
