Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:
• Michael Shaun Adcock must serve 90 days for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Bradley Lucas Brooks must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for forgery.
• Joshua Lane Bouldin must serve 120 days for violating his probation for aggravated burglary and theft.
• Kimberly Nichole Campbell must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and vandalism.
• Mark Anthony Fults was directed to serve 90 days and have his probation extended by two years for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.
• Jeffery Michael Hughes had his probation extended by two years and will undergo Adult Recovery Court for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.
• Wendy Driver Humphrey had her judicial diversion set aside and must serve 120 days for violating her probation for fraudulently obtaining drugs.
• Jody Lynn Jennings was ordered to serve 30 days for violating his probation for assault.
• Sean Dustin Jones was instructed to serve 60 days and undergo Adult Recovery Court for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Bryson Durelle Martin must serve 60 days for violating his probation for driving on a suspended license.
• Jason Patrick Miller was directed to serve 120 days for violating his probation for delivery of drugs and promoting the manufacture of meth.
• James Robert McCall was directed to serve 90 days for violating his probation for grand theft.
• Rhonda Ellen Nunley must serve six months for violating her probation for delivery of drugs and violation of habitual traffic offender status.
• Ricky Lee Northcutt must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for possession of drugs.
• Lorin Rush Reedy must serve 90 days for violating her judicial diversion for violating her probation for contributing to the unruly behavior of a minor.
• Jamie Roach was released on 27 days served for violating her probation for aggravated statutory rape.
• Andrea S. Russell had her judicial diversion set aside and must serve 120 days for violating her probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.
• Tyler David Shannon was ordered to serve five months and have his probation extended by one year for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.
• Jeremy Lynn Spakes must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for driving on a suspended license.
• Christopher Tyler Young was directed to serve one year for violating his probation for aggravated assault.
