Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:• Chase Gannaway must serve 30 days and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for violating his probation for assault and violating an order of protection.• Joshua Bain must serve 45 days for violating his probation for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Rebecca King must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation for aggravated criminal trespass.• Aaron Patrick O’Neal was given a 30-day sentence and had his probation extended by six months for violating his probation for driving on a suspended license.• Cynthia Sanders Baer Morrison must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation for delivery of drugs.• Jeremiah Lewis King must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for aggravated criminal trespass.• Jonathan T. Scott must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Amanda Brook Washer must serve 120 days for violating her probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.
