Sentences were issued by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for traffic violations ranging from drunk driving to habitual traffic offenses. Included in court action:• Boyd Clay Goins was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Robbie Joe Kilgore was directed to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Eric Franklin Moore was instructed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 100 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic status and eighth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Charlie E. Mullican was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,000 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense DUI and possession of a handgun while under the influence.• Virginia Kay Murphy was directed to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 32 hours public service work, pay $750 plus costs and lose her driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Constantino Manuel Soto was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Tiffany Carlene Eldridge must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a valid driver license.
