Eight people have been sentenced on drug charges by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley with the crimes ranging from sale of morphine to possession of marijuana. Included in drug sentences:• Halton Wayne Hicks was given a three-year penitentiary sentence for delivery of hydromorphone.• Robert Andrew Lyle was instructed to serve one year of an eight-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Jeremy Lee Shockley was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 50 hours public service work for possession of meth and simple possession of marijuana. He has been accepted in the 31st Judicial District Drug Court program which is an intensive 18-month rehabilitation program overseen by the local court.• Chasidy Sue Moody was instructed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of dihydrocodeinone.• Adrian Magness Womack was directed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of meth.• James Dustin Fisher was ordered to serve 20 days of a two-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Cindy Louise Smith was granted a three-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for facilitating the process to manufacture meth.• Sarah Hicks was granted a two-year judicial diversion and must pay $1,500 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work on two counts of casual exchange of morphine.
