Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court. Included in court sentencing:• Tonya Marie Blaylock was ordered to serve 70 days of a two-year sentence and must make restitution for theft.• Laurie Beth Phelps was given an 18-month probationary sentence and must pay $1,075 plus costs for forgery, theft and criminal impersonation.• Darrell Lee Roberts was directed to serve 30 days, pay $500 plus costs, lose his driver license and perform 32 hours public service work for reckless aggravated assault, resisting arrest and DUI. He given a three-year judicial diversion on the assault and resisting counts meaning he can ask those be erased from his record once his probationary period is over.• Ethan Taylor was given a two-year probationary sentence and must make $3,782 restitution for hindering secured creditors.• Robert Frank Bryant Jr., was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend anger management for stalking.• Jasmine Rutherica Davenport must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Jaymes Earl Owen was directed to serve 20 days and pay $25 plus costs for driving without a license.• Christopher L. Johnson must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on charges of possession of drugs, initiating the process to manufacture meth, vandalism and theft.
