Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court. Included in court action:• James Dean Nichols was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $850 plus costs, perform eight hours public service work, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Christopher Shawn McCormick was directed to serve three days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $400 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Joshua L. Pritchard was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $100 plus costs for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Randy Nowlin must perform 48 hours of public service work, pay $75 plus costs and was placed on probation for a year for theft.• Joshua Brandon Crosby Vazquez must serve 10 days and must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a valid license.• Herman Lee Williams Jr., must serve four days and pay $50 plus costs for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Mary Jernigan was instructed to serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation for prescription fraud and TennCare fraud.• John Michael Poss must serve 150 days for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.
