Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley on charges ranging from meth labs to minor driving offenses. Included in court sentencing:• Thomas Allen Tindell was ordered to serve 240 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Seth Martin Jones was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 40 hours public service work and make $320 restitution for theft.• John Richard Hellams was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $500 plus costs, attend boating safety classes, and lose his boating privileges for one year for boating under the influence.• Ramiro Linares Castro was instructed to serve 48 hours for driving without a license.• Bobbie Annette Peppers was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
