Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley on cases ranging from felony assault to violation of probation. Included in circuit sentencing:• Lelion Sullivan was ordered to serve 10 years, perform 40 hours public service work, pay $3,000 plus costs and lose his driver license for eight years for aggravated assault, violation of habitual traffic offender status, seventh-offense DUI and fifth-offense driving on a revoked license. His sentence will be served in addition to time he owes the state for violation of probation.• Natalie Michelle Jones was granted a four-year judicial diversion for child abuse and aggravated burglary.• Larry G. Brown was ordered to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status and third-offense driving on a revoked license.• April Fay had her probation extended by one year and will go to rehab for violating her probation for her prior convictions for theft and passing a worthless check.• Sonya Pendergraph was ordered to serve 60 days and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violating her probation on her prior convictions on charges of aggravated assault, theft and assault.• Jimmy Russell had his probation extended by one year and has already served 70 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction of simple possession.• Cody Lynn Cantrell must serve 90 days of a two-year sentence for violating his judicial diversion on his conviction on the charge of aggravated child abuse.• Lou Ann Cantrell had her probation extended by two years for violating her probation on her prior convictions on charges of forgery and theft.
