Main Street McMinnville and the Warren County Chamber of Commerce are presenting a Cu$tomer $ervice Mean$ Dollar$ and Cent$ workshop May 8 from 7:30 to 9 a.m.The workshop will focus on how to be successful in business by establishing excellent customer service. It will be held at the Chamber’s conference room and is free to all business owners, managers and key personnel.Guest speaker will be Ramay Woody Winchester, director of the Retire Tennessee Program of the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Winchester says in order to be successful in business, it is necessary to consistently bring in new customers and to make repeat customers out of those new ones.The key element on how to accomplish this, says Winchester, is to practice excellent customer service.
