Cumberland Valley Shows is adding one more attraction to the Warren County A&L Fair, a free Special Needs Day for children with disabilities will be Thursday from 4-6 p.m. During the two-hour event, children with disabilities will be allowed to ride for free and the speed on some of the bigger rides will be reduced for their enjoyment. The children will be treated with free cotton candy or popcorn.“Children with special needs usually don’t get to enjoy the fair when it’s busy. In Warren County, that’s every day,” said Jeremy Floyd, who owns Cumberland Valley Shows with his wife, Kate.
