SEVIERVILLE (AP) – A second man charged in the killing of four kittens has been sentenced in Sevierville.Aaron Kunak, 22, was handed six months of jail time as part of a four-year sentence on Tuesday on his guilty plea to four counts of animal cruelty. A mental evaluation was ordered for Kunak and he was barred from having pets.Kunak’s adult co-defendant, 21-year-old Christopher Schneider, received the same punishment June 28. The other two defendants were juveniles.Authorities said the four burned one kitten alive and struck another like it was a baseball.
