The 11th study on the Blue Building is ready for review Tuesday night immediately following the 7 p.m. meeting of the McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen. Back in April, the city’s Building and Grounds Committee voted to allow Cornell University student Jordan Cleek to intern for the summer and perform an analysis on the structure to determine possible future uses. The study took approximately 200 hours at a cost of $3,750 split between the city and university.
