Firefighters from the Collins River and Campaign-Rock Island Volunteer fire departments, along with responders from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and Warren County EMS, responded to a structure fire just before 6 p.m. Wednesday on Harrison Ferry Rd. The currently unoccupied structure is being restored, and work was taking place on the house at the time the fire began. No one was injured, and the fire was quickly extinguished. Firefighters checked throughout the structure for any other signs of fire before terminating their command roughly one hour after arrival.
