Bill Locke was appointed Warren County's new General Sessions/ Juvenile Court Judge by the Warren County Commission on Monday night. Minutes after the vote, Locke was given the oath of office by County Executive John Pelham and he will begin work on the bench Tuesday. Locke edged Mary Little Pirtle by a 14-10 vote to get the appointment.
