Students from Warren County schools got to see what a high-tech communications company looks like during Technology Day at Ben Lomand Connect.Formed in 1954 as Ben Lomand Telephone Cooperative, the company has recently rebranded itself and is now known as Ben Lomand Connect to bring it more in line with the wide range of communications technology services it offers.Ben Lomand Connect chief technology officer Ray Cantrell explained why the company is reaching out to Warren County students.“They’re our customers of tomorrow,” he said. “We want them to know about the technology available here at their local cooperative, all the services that Ben Lomand provides.
