McMinnville officials will be considering setting term limits for members of boards appointed by them. The recommendation is being made by Alderman Mike Neal.“I have a handout I would like to give to each of the board members tonight,” said Neal during Tuesday night’s board meeting to Mayor Jimmy Haley. “This is a proposal to set term limits of board-appointed positions on other boards.”The setting of term limits came under scrutiny July 9 when Haley recommended the re-appointment of Jeff Golden to the McMinnville Electric System board.
