bethany-fye
There is not much that can stop Bethany Fye when she plays above the net. Coffee County did attempt to block her strong kill shots but most ended up out of bounds off the Coffee County defenders.
The WCHS Lady Pioneers and the Lady Raiders of Coffee County traded blows Monday night in one of the closest volleyball matches of the year for head coach Katie Rogers. The two teams refused to give an inch in the best-of-three match but in the end Warren County got it done and defeated the Lady Raiders in straight games for the win. Final scores were 25-23 in the first match and 25-20 in the second.Lady Pioneer Bethany Fye continued her dominant presence on the floor and Fye played above the net much of the match and finished off both games with thunderous right hands that were not returned. In the second game, Coffee County trailed 24-20 but held serve and one mistake could end the game for the Lady Raiders.
