WCHS girls tennis team wins

On Thursday, both Warren County High School tennis teams were back in action at home against the Coffee County Red Raiders and Raiderettes.The girls team was victorious against the Raiderettes, getting wins from Lauren Hennessee, Maeghan Bates, Mya Gross, and Rachel Stewart, all in singles action.Katie Phillips paired with Hennessee, Maeghan Bates with Mya Gross, and Rachel Stewart with Hailey Rowland to all earn victories in doubles action. With the wins in singles and doubles matches, the girls remained undefeated at 3-0 on the season.In boys doubles action, Jack Wood teamed with Dalton Bates to win their match. Both teams will be back in action Tuesday, when they face the Cookeville Cavaliers and Lady Cavaliers at home.
