If recent history is any indication, Friday night’s matchup between Warren County and Coffee County will be painfully close.The game has gone into overtime in two of the last three meetings and the series is knotted 3-3 over the past six games.Warren County (2-2) is looking to snap a two-game losing skid, while Coffee County (0-3) is searching for its first win when the teams square off in Manchester.The Pioneers jumped out to a 2-0 start, but their defense has given up more than 40 points the last two games in losses to Cookeville and Shelbyville.Coffee County has lost to Franklin County, Tullahoma and Blackman. The Red Raiders are coming off a bye.For Warren County to get back on track, it will likely be thanks to the arm and legs of QB Isaiah Grayson, the team’s leading rusher and passer. For the season, Grayson has completed 37 of 65 passes for 558 yards and 2 TDs.
