McMinnville Youth Basketball registration

McMinnville Youth Basketball registration will begin Tuesday, Sept. 4. The registration fee is $35 per player for boys ages 8-18 and girls ages 8-19. A $5 discount is available for families registering more than two children.

Registration will be held at McMinnville Civic Center from Sept. 4 until Sept. 29. Registration is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The season will begin Nov. 10.

Glenn Ayers golf tournament

The Glenn Ayers fishing scholarship golf tournament will be held Saturday, Sept 15 at Willowbrook Golf Course. The tournament will begin at 9 a.m. The tournament is open to four-person teams at a cost of $125 per person. There will be two teams per hole, with groups picked at random. The entry fee includes lunch and registration for cash prizes.
