A rain-soaked field and a constant drizzle wasn’t going to deter six Lady Pioneers from having fun on senior night.Molly Campbell, Allison Connor, Emily Crawford, Emily Gawel, Mary Ann Haley and Nicole Mullican celebrated their final regular season game at Warren County High School soccer field with a 2-0 win over the Tullahoma Lady Wildcats. All six seniors got the start as coach Todd Willmore wanted to honor an outstanding group of Lady Pioneers. Though the weather provided for a sluggish atmosphere, coach Willmore was happy to see his seniors go out with a victory.“It was an ugly game, with the weather and us not capitalizing on chances early,” said Willmore. “Fortunately, we were able to send our seniors out with a win.”Madison Smartt scored a first-half goal and Morgan McCormick kept her splendid sophomore season going with a goal in the second half as Warren County improved to 14-3.Though Smartt and McCormick made up the offensive highlights, it was keeper Lyndi Dodd who stole the show in the first half.Dodd was busier than usual early as Tullahoma had multiple looks at the Warren County goal.
