It’s what Scott Smith felt when he was relieved of his duties as Grundy County High School football coach last week, before the former Pioneer coach could even lead the Yellow Jackets on the sideline for a single game. “I was very surprised,” said Smith, who coached Warren County in 2014 to a 4-6 record.
