It didn’t matter how long it was going to take Monday night, Randall Walker Farms was determined to advance to the championship game of the boys 7-8 machine-pitch league tournament. Randall Walker Farms had to survive two straight elimination games Monday, but it did so by defeating O’Reilly 4-3 on a game-winning hit by Brax Hopkins and shutting out Fully Loaded 8-0 to advance to the finals.The championship game, which also featured Brent’s Computers, was played Tuesday night and wasn’t completed by press time. Brent’s Computers earned its way into the title tilt with a 6-5 victory over Fully Loaded Monday night in the winner’s bracket finals game.Randall Walker Farms knew going into Monday’s game it faced an uphill battle to reach the championship game.
