When questions persisted about the amount of money raised and spent by the WCHS Pioneerette program, Warren County High School protocols determined outside help would be needed to alleviate any ongoing concerns. The state comptroller office will now have the opportunity to review any potential issues about money handling by the program, which is led by longtime coach Penny Shockley.
