The Warren County High School football team was scheduled to play its only preseason scrimmage at Cannon County tomorrow, but plans changed and the Pioneers will now get a look at three teams in their own backyard.Instead of traveling to Woodbury tomorrow to take on the Lions, York Institute, Hickson County and Cannon County will be making their way to Warren County for a four-team playday at Warren County High School.The Pioneers will play all three teams in short scrimmages, lasting approximiately 30 minutes apiece.York Institute will also take on Hickson County during the playday, but will not play the Lions as the two will meet during the regular season.All scrimmages will be played at the practice field at Warren County High School. Action is set to begin at 5 p.m. No admission will be charged for the event. Warren County will begin its regular season Friday, Aug. 17 against the DeKalb County Tigers.
