Pioneer defensive lineman Mitchell Stembridge closes in on Shelbyville quarterback during the Tuesday scrimmage. Stembridge made the tackle just as the quarterback got back to the original line of scrimmage. Stembridge is expected to play major snaps on the Pioneer defensive line this season.
What a difference it was for the Warren County High School football team during its latest scrimmage Tuesday night. Two things happened during the Pioneer scrimmage versus the Shelbyville Eagles that did not happen during the previous scrimmage. The Pioneer offense found the endzone -- not only once but twice.
