The Pioneers will be hoping to play the role of spoiler Friday night when the Rhea County Eagles visit Nunley Stadium.Warren County (1-7) has no chance of postseason play after losing its last two games by a combined seven points, but the Pioneers can keep the Eagles from claiming an outright District 6-AAA championship with a win Friday. Rhea County is currently 6-1 and holds a perfect 3-0 record in its first year of District 6-AAA action. The Eagles, along with Stone Memorial, joined the district this season and the move is already paying dividends for Rhea County.
