Anyone who has attended a Warren County sporting event where there are two teams, such as the Pioneers and Lady Pioneers, knows it’s always ladies first. So it will be the Lady Pioneers who will kick-start the new basketball season for Warren County High School when they start playing preseason in the Hall of Fame tournament in Tullahoma Nov. 17 and Nov. 19.At the helm is Shea Panter, repeating her role from last year and Michael Thrower as assistant coach. Unlike the boy’s team, the Lady Pioneers combine their freshmen in the lineup, and Panter has flexibility to start the player showing strength in needed roles.
