Namaste Medical Spa hitter Hallie Lowe scored 3 runs Monday night in a tough game against Dr. Franson Orthopedics.
It was tooth and nail Monday as Dr. Franson Orthopedics suited up against Namaste Medical Spa on Hoover-Millraney Field in girls youth league 10-12 action.Dr. Franson was leading 14-12 after the top of the fourth as Maddox Adams and Addison Smith found home before the end of the inning.Namaste, the home team in this game, had their last at-bat to score 2 runs to tie, or 3 runs to win. The Namaste gang decided they wanted the win and Hallie Lowe, Maggy Whiles and Laren Henshaw scored runs in what was a truly team effort for the 15-14 win.Both teams went at each other with all they had, going back and forth in early game play.Dr. Franson scored 3 runs in the first with Ky Damon, Addison Smith and Annabelle Reinitz, then Namaste Medical scored 4 to answer as Lowe, Whiles, Lily Gillespie, and Gracie Randolph came right back at team Franson.Moving on to the second inning, the story stayed the same as Damon, Addison, Aspen Adams, Adalin Franson, Riley Stafford and Kira Franson all scored for the doctor and Namaste ran through the bottom of the inning scoring 7 runs after scores by Lowe, Whiles, Randolph, Emma Muncey, Gracie Gilley, Hope Gilly and Brooklyn Wanamaker giving Namaste a 11-9 cushion.Dr. Franson Orthopedics wasn’t about to throw in the towel, and a 3-run third inning with runs by Bella Stiles, Lily Gillespie and Adalin Franson put a little fire under Namaste’s cushion who were held to only 1 run in the third by Kathryn Trail leaving the game knotted at 12 until the fourth inning rally by Namaste.
