The Men’s League at the Civic Center kicked off tournament action Tuesday night and saw an upset in the first round. The seventh seed, Morrison Industries, defeated the second seed, Pinnacle, 74-72 to advance to the semifinal round.Morrison Industries was led by Jared Vanatta’s 24 points and Ethan Turner added 18 points in the upset victory. Adam Wood carried Pinnacle on his back, scoring 31 points.Morrison Industries was down by 10 at the end of the first quarter and Pinnacle looked like it was going to cruise in this one, 15-5.
