Middle Tennessee Radiology took a big win over Ben Lomand Connect on Thursday after a 15-4 victory propelled them up the playoff ladder in the boys 7-9 tournament.Mid-TN took an early lead after Wesley Romzek and Ryder Gilispie scored 2 in the first inning after BLC couldn’t get started.Ben Lomand’s Isaac Smith added a run in the second for the 2-1 score, but Mid TN was running wild as the team scored 6 runs in the second after Romzek, Brentley Jones, Gilispie, Braylon Burch, Case Livesay and Caiden Armstrong all scored for the 8-1 lead.Still holding Ben Lomand to its 1 run, Mid TN kept rolling as Jones, Gilispie, Carter Lee, Burch, Livesay, and Armstrong added more runs for a 15-1 score.Ben Lomand had a brief rally in the fourth as Huck Damon, John Brock and Smith added 3 more runs but it wasn’t in time to extend the ballgame.
