The Tennessee Knockouts can add teams from North and South Carolina to their K.O. list after last weekend.The local 14-and-under traveling team played in the WFC Paradise at the Beach softball tournament in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and claimed the championship with five straight wins.The Knockouts defeated the Carolina Comets 8-0 in the finals to earn their second tournament championship. On May 19, the Knockouts won the ISA Mountain Top Classic in Crossville.The competition was tough in South Carolina. The Comets posed the biggest threat as the group from North Carolina plays travel ball year-round and are the back-to-back winners of the WFC World Series.The Knockouts defeated the Comets twice.
