Even while sitting in a hospital bed after surgery, David Lee knew he was destined to play college baseball. It was his dream ever since he started playing at 4 and nothing was going to stop him from making it come true.On Wednesday, Lee finally got the chance to make it official as he signed a scholarship to attend Tusculum College next year. Gathered in front of family, friends and teammates in the Warren County High School auditorium, Lee pledged his commitment to the Greenville school he will call home for the next four years.The senior pitcher, who has battled injuries throughout his career at Warren County, knew Tusculum was the place to be the moment he visited and some unlikely encouragement made it official.“I was leaning toward Tusculum for a while because they have a good coach and good program,” said Lee.
