Alex Hillis has been dreaming about playing college sports ever since signing up for football and baseball at an early age. As Hillis grew into a star on the gridiron and baseball diamond, the question was which sport would he pick?The decision was made Friday when Hillis signed his letter of intent to attend Berry College on a football scholarship. In front of a packed auditorium at Warren County High School, Hillis switched his allegiance from the hometown Pioneers to the Berry College Vikings as he will be playing his games in Rome, Ga.Surrounded by his family, friends and teammates, Hillis ended a long recruiting process that saw the senior cornerback receive a slew of offers from colleges across the Southeast.
