Football teams ready to hit field Saturday

The present and future of the Pioneer football program will be on display this Saturday when the third annual Boys to Men event is held at Nunley Stadium.Starting at 2 p.m. and lasting through the afternoon, players from all levels will take the field to showcase their skills in front of the community. A performance by the WCHS cheerleaders and new Pioneer coach Scott Smith speaking will also highlight the event.Action will begin with teams from the Junior Football League playing short scrimmages. Their games are scheduled to last until around 3 p.m.Coach Donnie Harris, beginning his second year with the Warren County Middle School team, will lead his squad on the field at 3:30 p.m. for an inter-squad scrimmage.
