Eastside’s Bulldogs played host to Morrison’s Eagles Tuesday night and the contest turned into who wanted to win most.Eastside held a 3-point lead after three quarters, giving the hard-charging Eagles a run for their money. Morrison’s top gun, Kason Holder, scored 30 points in the game, but at the end of regulation the teams were tied, 33-33.Somewhere along the line, the Bulldogs found a way to limit Morrison’s ability to distribute the basketball. In response, five Eastside players posted points in an overtime win, 39-33.“I am very proud of how our players competed,” said Eastside head coach Kevin Burnett.
