Eastside tops Tigers

Dogs and cats don’t always mix well. Take the Irving College Tigers, who played host to the Eastside Bulldogs on Tuesday night, as an example.
It seems the Bulldogs had issue with the Tigers and the Bulldogs won as Eastside downed Irving College, 50-14.
With the exception of three treys, two from Abram Stinson and one from Austin May, the Tigers were held to just one other bucket in the third quarter by Riley Wannamaker. The other three points came from Stinson from the charity stripe as he hit 3-of-6.
Eastside was a smorgasbord of scoring with Caden Beaty scoring a game-high 9 points, closely followed by Samuel Davidson with 7 and Charlie Moore and Easton West with 6 points each.
Rounding out the Bulldog scoring was Dylan Partain with 5 points, Jacob Blankenship 4, Cruz Reyes 3 and Alec Hobbs with 2 points.
Eastside played host to Centertown on Thursday night, while Irving College traveled to Dibrell.
