March 20 was the official first day of spring, but don’t tell that to the Warren County High School soccer team. The Pioneers spent a day of their spring break battling Soddy Daisy Tuesday on an afternoon when temperatures wouldn’t get above freezing.The Trojans were able to use four second-half goals to power past the Pioneers 6-2, dropping Warren County’s record this season to 3-3 overall.The Pioneers had enjoyed a revival of sorts to start the season. A year after claiming its first three wins in the final three games of the regular season, Warren County started this year with victories over Tullahoma, Middle Tennessee Christian School and DeKalb County.
