MOSCOW (AP) — The Latest on Tuesday at the World Cup (all times local):10:12 p.m. Egypt captain Ahmed Fathi's own goal has given Russia a 1-0 lead in the 47th minute in St. Petersburg. Fathi sprawled to intercept a pass from Roman Zobnin and stumbled, the ball coming off his knee and rolling past the outstretched goalkeeper Mohamed Elshanawy. It's the fifth own goal of this year's World Cup — tied for second-most all-time in a single World Cup despite it still being the first week of the tournament.
