KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Fans in less than a dozen rows of Neyland Stadium were temporarily asked to leave their seats during Tennessee's game with Arkansas so that authorities could check on an unattended bag.

Tennessee athletic department spokesman Ryan Robinson said "we took precautionary measures" on an unattended bag that was spotted in Section C of the stadium. Robinson said about 10-12 rows were evacuated for about 20 minutes on Saturday. Robinson said the evacuation took place at halftime and continued until early in the third quarter.

Robinson said that "we followed all protocol and the bag was removed." Fans were allowed back into their seats after a check of the bag revealed nothing suspicious.
