What looked like a mismatch on paper turned out to be exactly that Friday when No. 2 ranked Coffee County hosted Warren County in a District 9-4A battle.

The Lady Raiders rolled through Warren County, winning 73-32 to improve to 26-0 while the Lady Pioneers dropped to 7-18.

Coffee County scored the game's first 16 points - a streak snapped by an Addison Steakley 3-pointer late in the first quarter - and built a 48-14 advantage by halftime.

Warren County found a bright spot in the second half with the shooting and scoring of sophomore Aubrey Oleksik, who swished two triples on her way to an eight-point night, but the Lady Pioneers never made a dent in the deficit.

The Lady Pioneers, who have lost 6-of-8 games since starting District 9-4A play 2-0, will be looking to complete a sweep of Siegel Tuesday night. Tip-off is at 6 p.m.

WC scoring - Oleksik 8, Steakley 7, Trinity Reynolds 6, Brynlee Chisam 4, Alyssa Parsley 3, Zoie Verge 2, Valery Esparza 2
