The only thing that has been able to stop the Boyd Broncos in December has been bad weather. The Broncos have won three straight games since the calendar changed, the latest coming Friday night when Boyd beat McClain Christian 74-43 at J.K. Stanley Gymnasium.Boyd (6-7) entered the month having lost seven of its first 10 games, but December has been good to the Broncos. Boyd started its current run with a 70-25 win over Grace Christian Dec. 3 and followed with a 70-47 victory over Providence Tuesday.
