One of the goals before the season for the Boyd High School boys basketball team was to win 20 games. The Broncos reached that goal Tuesday with a 59-36 victory over the Middle Tennessee Heat on Senior Night.Boyd (20-11) honored Christian Barrett, Jake Driver and Parker Warren on a night where the team notched the first 20-win season in school history. Accomplishing something never done before was coach Chris Sullens’ challenge when the season started.
