Boyd volleyball relies on young lineup

The Boyd volleyball team, led by second-year head coach Amanda Key and assistant coach Drew Milligan, will be looking to improve on a trying 2015 campaign.The Lady Broncos have no seniors on the team this season, but will be looking for big things from some key returning starters to a lineup that returns everybody, including three new players.“The team’s work ethic from the very beginning has been great. They are always wanting to learn more and their attitudes have been great,” said Key. “I’m excited for the season to start and I have a lot of high expectations for this team this year.”Elliana Morales, who is the team’s No.1 setter and has been a key player for the Lady Broncos, will be a name to look out for, along with fellow teammates Morgan Young and Lacey Lee.Hannah Young, who is in her first season on the team, will be the team’s starting libero.
