The Boyd Broncos baseball team faced DeKalb West recently in a game that quickly became a showdown between the Bronco pitcher and the Bulldog batters. Boyd defeated DeKalb West by a final score of 6-0. Bronco pitcher Blane Elkins put on a clinic from the mound for Boyd and completely shut down DeKalb from every angle.
