As promised, here are the 12th annual Simmons Says’ Best of the Best picks for top high school athletes for the 2022-23 school year. Today we’ll be honoring the top boys in five categories and we’ll follow up with the girls – some of which are still in action this week – on Sunday. I don’t want to introduce it too much, but just know that this is the committee of one making these choices.
