WHEREAS, Dorothy Mason and Vonda Myers, by a Deed of Trust dated 11-25-2005, of record in Record Book 145, Page 143, Register's Office, Warren County, Tennessee, conveyed to Thomas O. Bratcher, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment to Security Federal Savings Bank of a promissory note fully described in said Deed of Trust, and as modified in Record Book 298, Page 754; and
WHEREAS, the owner and holder of said note has demanded that the property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of said indebtedness, and the costs of the foreclosure, in accordance with the terms and provisions of said note and Deed of Trust; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Thomas O. Bratcher, pursuant to the power, duty and authority vested in and imposed upon me in said Deed of Trust, will on the 22nd day of April, 2014, at 10:00 oÕclock a.m., Central Time, at the South door of the Courthouse in McMinnville, Tennessee, offer for sale to the highest and best bidders for cash and free from the equity of redemption, homestead, dower and all other exemptions as provided in said Deed of Trust, certain real property, situated in the 11th Civil District of Warren County, Tennessee, described as follows, to wit:
Beginning on a hickory in the north margin of Pleasant Hill Road (gravel) and being Ernie BeasleyÕs southeast corner and the southeast corner of this tract and running thence N 05¡ 47Õ E 521.07Õ with the fence and Ernie BeasleyÕs line to an iron stake; thence N 80¡ 50Õ W 420.92Õ with a new line of Thomas P. Mason to an iron stake; thence S 06¡ 10Õ W 519.17Õ with another new line of Thomas P. Mason to an iron stake in the north margin of Pleasant Hill Road; thence S 80¡ 36Õ E 424.45Õ with the north margin of Pleasant Hill Road to the beginning. Containing 5.03 acres. Surveyed by Earl W. Smith, R.L.S. TN No. 466, P.O. Box 423, McMinnville, TN 37111, dated June 3, 1997.
Being the same property conveyed to Dorothy Mason of record in Record Book 58, Page 300. See also Record Book 125, Page 862, and Record Book 144, Page 420, for further reference and Vonda MyerÕs interest.
