IN THE JUVENILE COURT FOR WARREN COUNTY, TENNESSEE

It duly appearing to the court for the PlaintiffÕs Complaint which is sworn to that the Defendant, Melody Brooke Hopkins, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee and her whereabouts are unknown so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon her.

IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED, that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Southern Standard, a newspaper published in McMinnville, Tennessee, requiring the said Defendant, Melody Brooke Hopkins to serve upon Robert Newman, ATTORNEY FOR PLAINTIFF, WHOSE ADDRESS IS 309 W. MAIN STREET, MCMINNVILLE, TENNESSEE,  37110, an Answer to the Complaint served upon the Defendant by this publication within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this NOTICE. IF SHE FAILS TO DO SO, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST HER FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.

That this matter shall be set for a hearing on the 30th day of June, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Juvenile Court room in McMinnville, Tennessee.
