PUBLIC NOTICE

  Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of McMinnville, on May 27, 2014, passed the following ordinance. Copies of all ordinances are on file in the City RecorderÕs office.

  A. Ordinance No. 1695, an ordinance to change the zoning classification of approximately 9.04+/- acres located on Durham Street, as shown on the map attached to the ordinance as Exhibit 1, from I-2, Heavy Industrial District to C-2, General Commercial District; and to set the time for the ordinance to become effective.
